Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of permanent jewelry, all sales are final. Once a chain is sized and cut to the client's preference, they assume ownership of the piece. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for jewelry.

Responsibility for Care

Customers are responsible for the proper care and maintenance of their jewelry. We provide care instructions to ensure the it's longevity. Please note that we are not liable for any damage or tarnishing of jewelry.

Re-Weld Service

We understand that accidents happen and jewelry may require repairs. Rewelds are free for the lifetime of your jewelry from Chic Linc. If your jewelry breaks, keep it and we will repair it if possible. Jewelry purchased from another seller will incur a $10 reweld fee.
